Another important position that Inter Miami needs to take care of is the right-back. The last couple of games should have been eye-opening for Martino. The right side of the defense will continue to be weak, with Chelo Weigandt as the starter. Don't get me wrong. I love Chelo, but he can't continue playing ahead of Ian Fray.  

Cuadrado would come to Inter Miami to compete for the starting place. Due to his experience and technical ability, he will be ahead of Fray and Weigandt. But that competition will benefit the young RBs and improve their level massively.

On the other hand, Cuadrado is 36 years old. He has a few years or even months of football left; this means Inter Miami needs to act now with the Colombian right-back. His entry to the team would give Miami a lethal attack from the right side and a solid performance in defensive acts.
