Inter Miami is having a good time after the arrival of Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets. They have brought two consecutive wins for the Herons in their last two matches.

The next match for the Herons will be held Aug. 2 at DVR PNK against intrastate rival Orlando City.

It will be the Leagues Cup match in Round 32. Orlando City has better stats this season so far in Major League Soccer. Currently, they are at number 5 in the Eastern Conference, while Inter Miami is at the bottom of the table.

Orlando City has played 23 games so far this season, winning 10 matches, losing 6, and drawing 7 games. They currently have 37 points, which is 14 points behind the top.

On the other hand, the Herons were going through a tough time, playing 22 matches with 5 wins and 14 losses. They have only achieved 18 points so far, which is less than half of what Orlando has.

However, in the last two games with Messi and Busquets, the Men in Pink outclassed their opponents with their brilliant performance and Messi's magic. They are also expecting to win against their city rival.

The last time the Herons met Orlando was on May 20 in the same competition. The experience was not so good for Miami as they faced a 3-1 defeat on their home ground.

The Florida Derby had 24 fouls and 7 yellow cards for both teams. Miami was good at ball possession and passing but struggled to create many scoring opportunities. They had 6 shots on goal, but only 2 were on target.

On the other hand, Orlando was much more attacking-minded and took 11 shots on goal, with 4 of them on target, managing to score 3 goals.

Orlando City is in a relaxed mood after Wilder Cartagena's last-gasp 92nd-minute game-winner delivered a 3-2 victory over Liga MX power Santos Laguna at Exploria Stadium on Saturday evening.

Orlando head coach Oscar Pareja commented on the next Florida Derby, saying, "After the victory against Santos Laguna, we have to face a team that has been playing well, and obviously, just to make sure – the Messi thing, right, it is the wave that is bringing a lot of attention and we're very proud. But we know what we are. We know who we are. And we're going to go get the victory because our heart is prepared to do it."

Meanwhile, the head coach of the Herons, Tata Martino, is looking for more talent to reinforce his team. Recently, they have announced the signing of young Argentine midfielder Facundo Farias, who can also play as a center forward or winger.

Also, former Barcelona left-back Jordi Alba tweeted about his journey to Miami. The Florida Derby could be his first match in the Herons’ jersey.

His addition alongside Messi and Busquets will undoubtedly boost the team's performance. The fans are hoping the Barcelona alumni can carry IMCF through to the round of 16.
